Ray Chase is perhaps best known for his wildly differing performances in a vast array of anime and video games. From his dual turn as hero and villain Sukuna and Choso in Jujutsu Kaisen, to the flashy Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui in Demon Slayer, protagonist Noctis in Final Fantasy XV, to high judge Neuvillette in Genshin Impact. Ray has performed in tons of existing beloved game franchises, such as the classic fighter Guile from Street Fighter, Nier from Nier: Replicant, Eve from Nier: Automata, Alphen from Tales of Arise, Roy/Alfonse/Gaius/Fernand from Fire Emblem and Super Smash Brothers, the Master of Masters from Kingdom Hearts, and perhaps his most celebrated role as the Subway Announcer in Persona 5. He recently joined the Marvel universe as Cyclops in the X-MEN ‘97 animated series.
Other roles include Corazon in One Piece, Bruno Bucciarati on Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, Fyodor Dostoyevsky in Bungou Stray Dogs, Karamatsu from Mr. Osomatsu, Artorius from Tales of Berseria, Almond Cookie from Cookie Run: Kingdom, and Mitsurugi from Soul Caliber VI. He’s also made appearances in Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness, The Last of Us Part 2, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Borderlands 3, and hundreds more. He has even put in time on some cinematic hits, such as voicing the wicked Gabriel from James Wan’s horror film Malignant, or appearing onscreen in a fun cameo in Paul Thomas Anderson’s Oscar Nominated Licorice Pizza. Other anime roles include Gendo Ikari in Netflix’s Neon Genesis Evangelion, Roswaal in RE:Zero, Keith Flick in B: The Beginning, Puri Puri Prisoner in One-Punch Man, Yuu Otosaka in Charlotte, Howzer in Seven Deadly Sins, as well as joining the casts of Attack on Titan, Your Name, My Hero Academia, Berserk, Mob Psycho 100, Gundam: Iron Blooded Orphans, Blue Exorcist, Fairy Tail, and many others!
He is a proud founding member of the comedy troupe Loud, Annoying, and Very Annoying (LAVA), which he shares with fellow actors Max Mittelman and Robbie Daymond.
