David looks forward to meeting fans at Supanova’s A Place Among The Dead interactive online event on Saturday, 13 February 2021.
David will be offering limited 10-minute online Meet and Greets prior to the film screening. Meet and Greets cannot be purchased without a ticket to the screening, more details available via the Ticket Info page and the Growtix website.
Born in L.A., and graduating with degrees in Drama, English and Education, David spent most of the ’80s and ’90s writing and directing several projects, including 1985’s Secret Admirer, the Disney TV Movies Double Switch and Exile, and episodes of The Wonder Years, The X-Files, and Doogie Howser M.D. In 1996, he landed the role of Executive Producer on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, writing and directing multiple episodes, before going on to co-create the spin-off series Angel with Joss Whedon.
In 2011, David (along with Jim Kouf) brought Grimm to TV screens on NBC, serving as Executive Producer and Showrunner for its entire 123-episode run, whilst also writing and directing several episodes across it’s six-year duration.
At present, David has written two books, and is currently working on a third.
