This one’s for all you tabletop gamers heading to Supanova in Melbourne and on the Gold Coast! Thanks to our friends at AJ’s Place, Supa-Fans now have the chance to WIN* one of their ‘Black Widow Gaming Tables’, valued at $5,500!
To go in the running, simply visit AJ’s Place at Supanova in Melbourne (Stand #4055) or on the Gold Coast (Stand #4033) and complete the competition sign-up form. Each city’s lucky winner will be selected at 3pm on the Sunday of each event, so be sure to go in the draw and stick around for your chance to receive your own Black Widow Gaming Table!

Terms & Conditions
- Melbourne and Gold Coast’s competitions open at 10:00am on the Saturday of their respective Supanova events (29 March 2025 in Melbourne, and 12 April 2025 on the Gold Coast), and closes at 3:00pm on Sunday (30 March 2025 in Melbourne, and 13 April 2025 on the Gold Coast) (“the Promotion Period”).
- Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 15 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of Supanova Expo Pty LTD, AJ’s Place, and associated agencies and companies connected with this competition are ineligible to enter.
- If a winner is under 18, they must have permission from their parent or guardian to enter the competition and receive the prize.
- There are two prizes to giveaway in total, one to be given away in Melbourne and the other on the Gold Coast;
a) The prize for each city is a ‘Black Widow Gaming Table’ from AJ’s Place, valued at $5,500.00AUD:
b) Total prize pool valued at $11,000.00AUD.
c) Prize delivery available within 250 kilometres of the relevant event’s venue (Melbourne Showgrounds or Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre).
d) Prizes are not transferable for cash. - Entrants must visit the AJ’s Place Stand at Supanova in Melbourne or on the Gold Coast within the Promotion Period, scan the QR code at the Stand, and submit a completed entry form including age, name, email and contact number, to go in the running.
- One entry per person. Multiple entries will not be considered.
- Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
- The judges’ decision is FINAL and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winners will be selected after 3:00pm on the Sunday of each event (30 March 2025 in Melbourne, and 13 April 2025 on the Gold Coast) and notified by AJ’s Place by phone at the time of the draw.
- Winners must be present at AJ’s Place or accept their phone call at the time of the draw to arrange their prize. In the event that a winner is not present and/or does not accept the call within five (5) minutes, the winner will be redrawn.
- Winners must supply an address within 250 kilometres of the venue to be eligible for prize delivery.
- Winners’ entry details will be collected and stored by the Distributor (AJ’s Place) and/or their agencies.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
- In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
- If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable, a substitute prize of equal value may be offered at the discretion of the Promoter and Distributor.
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
f) use of a prize. - This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Threads, Instagram, or X (Formerly known as Twitter). Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Threads, Instagram, or X. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Threads, Instagram, or X.
