Registration & Pre-Registration
In order to be able to fit all of our contestants in our allotted time slot there are a limited number of places available for each day of the event. We recommend pre-registering for the contest if you know what you will be cosplaying as at the event. Pre-registered contestants will need to check in on the day, your place will be held in place until 12.00pm on the day of the event. We will also be allowing on the day registration, but places are subject to availability.

When spaces are filled you will be put on a reserve list. If spaces become available we will place you in the contest in place of contestants who have not checked in by 12.00pm. Results of the waiting list will be made available by 1.30pm at the registration.
